Who we are
A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Perth led by Professor Ian Lucas Ludgero, a fourth-degree black belt and the fourth generation of a lineage running from Hélio Gracie through Armando Wriedt and Ataíde Ludgero Júnior. With a degree in Physical Education, Ian has taught since 2010, earned his black belt in 2014 and moved to Australia in 2015, bringing over 14 years of experience as a black belt and a multiple-time Pan Pacific and Western Australian champion. Constrictor offers gi and no-gi classes plus kids and self-defence programs, with a focus on technique, control and discipline for all ages.
